2026-2027 APRILIA RSV4 (ALL MODELS)

Through careful testing of the stock ECU on our 2026 Aprilia RSV4 Factory 1100, we have decoded an otherwise NEW and stout 222HP powerplant / ECU for even more performance, rideability and cooling.

With full in-person datalogging in our closed dyno cell, we were able to find what the engine really liked and disliked. Through careful logging of ignition timing, per cylinder fueling and thermal management limiters, we were able to write an excellent calibration that is powerful in all temperatures and covers all octanes including poor California ACN91.

Our 2026+ RSV4 Stage 1 and Stage 2 map option is the most well developed tuning option in the world. With maps covering a large range of modifications, locations, fuel types and more. We have full custom proprietary features all of which have been developed and designed in the USA with USA based sales and technical support. Our product has also gone through the rigorous CARB 50-state test process which has certified the product as 50 state legal. There are no alternatives on the market with the level of development, testing and knowledge we have put into this platform. We personally own this bike and have worked endlessly for hours to perfect it.

ADVANTAGES WITH STAGE 1

  • On average, gains of 5-15HP from the midrange and up were found over the baseline on a typical exhaust/filter bike with 93 octane fuel in the tank (Larger gains with race fuel)
  • Early Fan-On. Your Aprilia starts to pull power from the engine with high temps. We change the fan-on to 194 degrees to avoid this power loss and stalling from overheating in stop and go traffic
  • Changes to fueling including part, mid and full-throttle per cylinder
  • Optimization of ignition timing at wide open and partial throttle for all fuel qualities
  • M-Torque adjustments to torque limiting to allow the bike to make 100% of its available engine torque at high load in every gear
  • RPM limiter raised from 13,600RPM to 14,200RPM (optional)
  • Changes to rev limiter per-gear tables for widest and safest possible powerband as the Factory 1100 cuts short in lower and upper gears
  • Exhaust valve adjustments for more power and torque
  • Changes in factory unstable engine idle for stability and consistency off-throttle
  • Changes to a full 100% throttle opening in all modes, versus a limited table
  • Ability to move blinkers into headlights, requires euro light part numbers 2B012233 & 2B012234
